M2 has been instructed this morning by one of the UK’s Top 5 Landlords to recruit a Client-Side Project Manager or Building Surveyor who is interested in project work to manage and maintain their London property portfolio.

Our client has a portfolio of over 5000 properties. This includes commercial offices, high-end residential properties, several restaurants, Heritage buildings, & industrial units ranging over 100,000 sq. ft.

This is an opportunity to work across all areas of Building Surveying & Project Management while working on a diverse range of different projects. No two days are the same. Work will include project managing multiple work schemes, supported by specialists and cost managers.

This is a company that has an ample amount of growth. With their current property team only currently at 16 strong. Our client is now concentrating on building an internal property team rather than outsourcing their work to consultancies. This particular role has been given to us exclusively having had previous success in recruiting across their whole internal property team.
