Your new companyYou will be joining an established construction business who are looking to add an experienced contract administrator to their commercial function. This is a permanent role, working full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with an early finish on Friday. This business is people and service-orientated and encourages development and career growth in the business.
Your new role
You will be supporting the Contract Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks including:
- Sending H&S paperwork
- Contacting client via phone and email to confirm booked work
- Preparing, reviewing and maintaining contract documentation
- Working with management to ensure that contractor and subcontractor compliance is met
- Resolving requires from contractors and customers via phone and email
- Maintenance of contracts, records, files and information in accordance with company policies
- Amending documentation where required
- Assisting the wider business and projects with administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally, you will have experience as a Contract Administrator, or similar role.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Health and Safety regulation experience and knowledge is preferred.
- Strong organisational and accurate working skills are essential.
- Excellent telephone manner is essential.
- The ability to work well in a team, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
