Next Generation are currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to work with a global leading manufacturer based in Wednesbury. As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for promoting a positive quality culture ensuring the delivery of quality components to meet customer requirements and quality expectations.

Working hours for the Quality Engineer:

Monday Friday (8.30am 4.30pm)



Duties of the Quality Engineer:

Reporting to the Quality Manager your role will be to ensure customer concerns are managed effectively.

Implementing corrective action plans

Communicating with customers & suppliers

Liaising with the wider quality department members to support when required

Communicating with supporting services, sorting/inspection companies

Completion of 8Ds, using tools 5Why, Ishikawa etc



The successful candidate for the Quality Engineers position will have the following experience:

3 5 years experience within a Quality role is (Essential).

Experience working with precision machined components (Essential)

Ability to the use Quality tools such as RCA, 8D, NCR and CAPA (Essential)

Compiling PPAP documentation (Essential)

Ability to use handheld measuring equipment (Essential)

You will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to communicate and build good relationships.
