Key duties
- First POC for all customer queries
- Working with Area Sales Managers to discover opportunities from leads
- Represent the company with the correct approach, appearance & tone-of-voice.
- Liaise with colleagues in other departments to ensure effective resolution of queries
- Proactive outbound retention, prospecting and lead activity management
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years in a fast-paced customer account management role
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights, working closely with the Area Sales Manager
- Effective IT skills
