LGV 2 Driver

We are looking to recruit a LGV2 driver for ourclient based in Wednesbury.The hours ofwork are generally 07:00am-16:30pm Monday to Friday, but this can change due to traffic and other situations that will affect your finish time. The vacancy for this LGV 2 driveris a multi drop role doing between 5-20drops per day depending on the distance you travel and the run you are on. There is some handball involved but not too extensive or heavy,you will be driving a LGV 2 curtain sided vehicle and you will be required to strap the load before leaving the depot and after each drop..

The LGV 2 driver vacancystarts off covering holiday and extra workloads to becoming a regular for the company until they decide to take on a permanent driver and if you are the right driver it may be you. You will need a friendly approach to thecustomers and your colleagues andyou will need a current LGV licence complete with an up-to-date CPC and tachograph card. The position has become available due to a long serving driver retiring.

Please note this is a PAYE roll and the pay rate above will accrue holiday pay as you work which willbe used to pay you when you are off an annual leave, and after a short trial period an option toenrolinto the company pension scheme.
