The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing high-value and high-value projects ensuring a seamless coordination of activities across engineering, manufacturing and testing to meet client standards.
Working hours for the Project Coordinator:
- Monday - Friday (7.30am - 16.00pm)

Duties of the Project Coordinator:
- Project Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed timing plans to ensure project deadlines are met and exceed client expectations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams to ensure all project activities align with expectations.
- Client Communication: Act as the project’s primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, responsive, and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones and adjust plans as necessary, while communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the project timeline or processes and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
The successful candidate for the Project Coordinators position will have the following experience:
- Proven track record in project management, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of fastener products or similar precision-engineered products is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong ability to develop and manage project timelines, coordinate complex activities, and deliver projects on time.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and adapting to dynamic project needs.
- Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
