The Contract Manager - Social Housing will mainly look after three major client contracts in the West Midlands, with 4 supervisors and 25 direct trades operatives. The woks will include Day to Day Repairs, Void Property Refurbishments and Planned Workstreams within tenanted and empty homes.
The role will entail:
- Maintaining and Expanding client relationships
- Monitoring and Improving KPIs related to the different contracts
- Managing labour resources to ensure smooth and efficient running of the contracts
- Managing teams of Supervisors, RLO's and Administrators
I'm ideally looking to speak to a Contract Manager - Social Housing bias that has:
- Experience running multiple Repairs and Maintenance workstreams at once
- Experience working within Social Housing
- SMSTS
- A Clean criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
- A Full UK Driving Licence (Company Car or Car Allowance is offered)
And in return, the Contract Manager - Social Housing bias will receive:
- 55,000 - 65,000 annual salary
- Annual Bonus worth up to 5,000
- A company car or car allowance
- 22 Days + Bank Holidays, with one extra day added (up to 5) for each years' service
