SF are working with an established distribution & retail business in Tamworth in their search for a credit controller for an interim opportunity covering a period of sickness. You will play a key role in maintaining stakeholder relationships, cash collections, query generation & resolution. The successful credit controller will be able to hit the ground running in a high volume environment and deliver a quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely payments. Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts. Resolve any discrepancies and disputes efficiently. Cash collection & stakeholder management Requirements: Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong system acumen Attention to detail and a tenacious work ethic The successful candidate will be able to join the high performance credit function and hit the ground running.
