Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Wednesbury based client to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Customer Service Advisor role include:
- Handle enquiries via telephone and email
- Keep up to date with product changes
- Input data onto CRM system
- Create quotations and process orders
- Call customers to offer any promotions or new products
- Liaise with new and existing customers
This role will suit someone who is confident, personable, and able to build a rapport with customers. You will be dealing with customers over the phone as well as face-to-face so you must have excellent communication skills.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
