- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone within agreed timescale.
- Proactively contact and offer new products and services to existing customers.
- Represent the brand at UK exhibitions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Arrange and conduct Adaptation demonstrations.
- Follow up with personalised quotes and orders using Sage 200.
- Update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support the team in achieving targets.
- Experience of dealing with Customers both face to face and over the telephone.
- Ability to plan and organise diaries.
- Proven experience in a target-driven environment.
- Car Dealership/Motability experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Sage 200.
- A clean, full driving licence is essential in order to attend exhibitions across the UK.
