Telesales Executive

Wednesbury, West Midlands

Salary: Up to £30,000 + 10% annual bonus.

We are currently partnered with a well-established, family-run business who have over 30 years of experience in the electrical and wiring industry.

They are seeking a highly organised, adaptable and customer-focused Telesales Representative to join their growing team.

About the role

  • Processing and management of purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate order handling.
  • Proactively contacting customers and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Maintain an excellent level of communication and customer service, providing invaluable support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Supporting the external sales team with outreach and prospecting, customer management and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier P/Os and related documentation
  • Ensure all processes are tracked internal systems, and assist with the standardisation and maintenance of CRM & Sales databases
  • Have a highly organised approach to sales process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and an excellent level of customer service.
  • Proactively identify and resolve order related issues such as fulfilment, inventory, supplier delays.

About you

  • You are a dynamic and goal-driven individual with a strong work-ethic.
  • You have experience working in a KPI driven sales environment
  • You are technically savvy with hands-on experience in CRM and sales platforms
  • You have excellent organisation skills and a great attention to detail.
  • You can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
