- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.

- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing high end client accounts, specifically within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple accounts and ensure smooth operations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of both company services and customer needs.
- Capable of leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and client satisfaction goals.
