We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual to join our team as an Administrator. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, processing mail, maintaining filing systems, and updating information.
- Input data accurately and efficiently.
- Update the CRM system with all customer details.
- Submit relevant documentation to assist with vehicle licensing and registration.
Experience / Competencies:
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident telephone manner.
- PC Literate with strong attention to detail skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Target-focused with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Helpful and willing attitude.
