Next Generation are pleased to have been appointed to recruit for a Sales Administrator to work for a well-established specialist who manufacture machined components for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Sub Sea Sectors. As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing assistance and support the sales team in the managing of key accounts through sales and administration.
Working hours for the Sales Administrator:
- Monday - Friday (7.30am - 16.00pm)

Duties of the Sales Administrator:
- To provide support to the UK Sales Executives with the following tasks:
- Receiving of phone calls from external customers.
- Respond to customer enquires/quotes via email, fax and phone
- Liaising with customers regarding orders
- Referencing of all incoming enquiries.
- Progress chasing.
- Chasing potential orders
- General administration for the sales department
The successful candidate for the Sales Administrators position will have the following experience:
- 2 - 3 year’s experience working as a Sales Administrator within a manufacturing environment (Essential)
- Computer literate with specific experience using Microsoft Excel and Word (Essential)
- Order Processing (Desirable)
- Strong administrations skills (Essential)
