Have you got some administrative experience and are looking to join a reputable company within the automotive sector? Our client is keen to train an ambitious individual who is keen to learn and excel in a Sales Administrative position.

Due to continuous growth and being market leaders in their sector, they are looking for their next superstar to join their sales team as a Sales Administrator. Ideally the successful candidate will have some experience within the automotive sector. You will need to be highly organised and an excellent communicator to be considered for this opportunity.

Experience and Competencies required for the Sales Administration:

Main responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
  • Undertake administrative and Customer Service tasks.
  • Photocopying, processing mail, maintaining filing systems and updating information, data inputting etc.
  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with queries, must have a confident telephone manner.
  • Liaising with customers on the progress of their vehicle orders as well as after sales process.
  • Processing vehicle orders on Sage 200.
  • Producing accurate invoices.
  • Update CRM system with all customer details.
  • Submit relevant documentation to assist vehicle licensing/registration.
