We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a 'Sales Order Processor' to join my clients expanding business! The only way is up for this company, and they want to take you with them!

As a key member of their small team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the smooth running of the sales order process.

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise back and forth with customers to resolve any queries or issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain and update customer database (new inhouse ERP system)
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Desirables:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good IT knowledge and be able to confidently navigate your way around MS programmes.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
