Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for working in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools? We are looking for individuals with **6+ months of experience** working in SEN settings to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with a range of learning needs including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, PMLD, SLD, Trauma, Anxiety, and Behavioural challenges.
- Provide tailored assistance to students, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.
- Assist with personal care where required, including hygiene and mobility support (if comfortable doing so).
- Work alongside the teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Implement strategies to manage behaviour and support students with additional needs.

Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of **6 months of experience** working in an SEN school.
- Experience working with students with **SEMH, Autism, ADHD, PMLD, SLD, Trauma, Anxiety, or Behavioural challenges**.
- Ability to provide **personal care** if required (training will be provided where necessary).
- Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
