What You Will Do:

  • Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
  • Regularly check the status of team activities, ensuring timely progress on open issues and projects.
  • Lead maintenance with regards to factory-based improvement projects.
  • Provide support for Maintenance prevention activities.
  • Organise the team and prioritise production needs to minimise response times.
  • Provide reports and maintain agreed KPI's, leading by example with a positive and 'can-do' attitude.

What You Will Bring:

  • HNC in a maintenance-related discipline or City & Guilds in a Maintenance-related discipline.
  • NEBS/ILM Level 2 Supervisory Management or equivalent leadership qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with SAP or other IT planning tools.
  • A time-served background in a maintenance/engineering discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and lead a team across multiple shifts.
