Customer Quality Engineer responsibilities include -

  • Manage customer concerns, ensure compliance, and report on KPIs.
  • Lead problem-solving activities and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support NPI, reduce scrap and RFT, and identify best practices.
  • Assist with training other staff and offer technical support to customers.

Customer Quality Engineer desirable skills and experience -

  • Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
  • Able to use core tools such as 8D, PPAP, and Control Plans.
  • Confident in providing day-to-day customer support (primarily internal).
  • Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.
