What You Will Do:
- Manage the stock of materials on site, guaranteeing availability to meet production requirements.
- Order all ingredients and packaging, considering lead times and shelf life.
- Monitor the sales forecast and respond to changes effectively.
- Build, maintain, and monitor a Bill Of Materials (BOM) spreadsheet, flagging any discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage all ingredient and packaging stock takes, ensuring correct stock rotation.
- Prepare for new product launches and key events, ensuring all packaging is in place to meet deadlines.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in stock control and replenishment practices, ideally within the food industry.
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
- High standard of IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
