Supply Planner – Food Manufacturing & Distribution
Wednesbury – 5 days onsite
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – can offer flexi-hours
£28-33k DOE
Do you have experience in a supply or demand planner position? Are you looking for somewhere that offers genuine progression and promotes internally?
I’m supporting a food manufacturer and distributor based in Wednesbury to recruit a Supply Planner to join the team. They’re undergoing massive investment and have significant growth plans over the next few years.
Day to day you’ll be responsible for:
- Analysing and tracking sales forecast.
- Stock management, minimising shortages and overstocks.
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers.
- Liaise with and communicate plans across various internal teams including Sales, Procurement & Inventory.
You’ll need to be/have:
- Experience working in supply chain planning/coordination/administration.
- Understanding of S&OP principles.
- Confidence using MS Excel and analysing large amounts of data.
- Food industry experience would be ideal, but other fast-paced environments would be considered.
