Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive AM Supervisor to join our team at the Wednesbury Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the depot during the early shift. Your key duties will include:

Preparing drivers for their morning routes
Supporting the Depot Manager with daily operations
Running a small team of 2
Assisting with the unloading of incoming trunks
Ensuring everything isloaded within the timeslots

Requirements:

Ideally possess a Reach or Counterbalance Licence
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
