The Recruitment Group are proudly working in partnership with an established company who are a specialised producer of castings for the automotive and off highway sectors. They are looking for a skilled multiskilled maintenance engineer to join their friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance across a wide range of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in machinery and equipment.
- Work with control systems, including PLCs, to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent future breakdowns.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts used, and repairs completed.
- Collaborate with other engineering team members to improve operational performance.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer the right candidate will have an Electrical bias (60-40)
- Strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering.
- 17th edition wiring
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency in working with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant technical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
- Experience with Health & Safety practices.
