- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
- Create employee profiles on the new system, migrate/ data entry of all relevant information on training, qualifications, absences etc.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the new system.
- Enrol employees in courses and track their progress.
- Generate reports on training completion and compliance.
- Manage L&D calendars, schedule training sessions, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries related to training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and evaluations.
- Assist in preparing training materials, reports, and presentations.
- Complete any training in line with the job role.
- Organise logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging catering, and setting up equipment.
- Liaise with trainers, external vendors, and employees to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Support virtual and in-person training sessions by setting up online platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Process invoices and manage budget tracking for training expenses
- Order and maintain stock of learning materials and office supplies.
- Support ad-hoc projects within the Learning and Development team as needed.
- To undertake drugs and alcohol testing in line with current company procedures and policy.
- To have a good working knowledge of all Policies and Procedures in MML SMS related to their role and area of work.
- Strong administrative skills working in an office environment.
- Strong experience using different systems and tracking information, ideally within an Educational or HR industry.
- Able to work independently, use own initiative and be proactive in carrying out job duties.
- Confident, strong communication skills and can work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Ability to coordinate with management and gather requirements, map workflows, and ensure smooth system rollout.
- Proficiency in data migration and system testing to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
