We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's office support team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's business, enabling them to provide top-notch service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary preparations are made.
  • Support the team with various projects, including data entry and document management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in an office support role
