- Assist in the timely and accurate processing of payroll using the HR Cloud system (Access Software), including starter/leaver data and other payroll-related changes.
- Support the production of HR and payroll reports as needed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for payroll queries, delivering excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the completion of month-end and year-end payroll procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory HR and payroll regulations.
- Maintain HR and payroll systems, including job hierarchy, document uploads, and personal data management.
- Assist in audit processes and help implement recommendations within specified timelines.
- Apply continuous improvement practices to streamline payroll processes and enhance customer service.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all payroll-related activities.
- Prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines set by the Payroll Manager.
- Support HR and payroll projects, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver quality payroll services.
- At least 1+ years of payroll experience.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience processing end to end payroll
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based HR and payroll systems, preferably Access HR and Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes and current legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- CIPP qualification (desirable but not essential).
