The Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Primary Teacher specializing in Challenging Behaviour to join a dynamic school environment. You will work closely with students who require additional support due to behavioral and emotional challenges. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with challenging behavior in the classroom and providing one-on-one guidance.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
  • Proven experience working with children or young people with challenging behavior.
  • A calm and patient demeanor, with the ability to build strong relationships with students.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
