Sonic Summary

MET is seeking a Quality Inspector in the Wednesbury area.
The role involves product evaluation, Goods Inwards Inspection, and various types of inspections to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and standards.
Candidates should have experience in identifying quality improvements and generating defect reports.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and includes ISIR evaluation and dimensional reporting.
The pay starts at £13.50 per hour on days and increases to £16.50 per hour on nights.

MET are currently looking for Quality Inspector based in the Wednesbury area!

Duties:

Product evaluation and Goods Inwards Inspection
First Off Inspection, In-process Inspection and Final Inspection to engineering drawings and customer / industry standards.
Identify quality improvements / ensure defect reports are generated on sub-standard items from internal and external sources.
Establish and understand customer critical requirements in relation to achieving agreed quality standards
ISIR evaluation and compilation / completed product dimensional reports for all dimensions and critical features including geometric tolerance features.
Computer literate

Shifts:

Will be starting on days for the first week, then move to nights 6pm to 6am

Pay:

£13.50 whilst on days, then going to £16.50 on nights
