Due to ongoing growth in our Driving and Industrial Divisions, we want to speak to Experienced Driving or Industraila Recruitment Consultants to work in our Wednesbury Central

The role is a 360 role and involves sales and service, however there is an established desk and small team to build upon.

Ideally we are looking for asomebody who can build upon our established business and grow across the East of England including Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Nothamptonshire and surrounding areas.

Trading succesfully since 2015, we work in the Driving, Industrial, Food & Field markets and we are growing week on week. We Hold a Gangmaster (GLAA) licence, we are members of ALP and we are LogisticsUK ( FTA ) Driver Agency Excellence Standard Compliant.

We offer:-

Industry standard basic salary based on your experience and level in the industry ( negotiable starting from £28,000 for a Recruitment Consultant up to £35,000 for a Senior Recruitment Consultant ) plus commission
Excellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme including monthly margin commission and new client bonuses (OTE £48000 based on £30,000 basic )
Established desk already earning bonus!

Early finish Friday if your work is done - average 35 hours per week in the office

We require

Experienced Recruiters used to working in a Recruitment Agency Office as a 360 recruiter
Experience working in a Recruitment Agency Office as a Driving Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant or an Industrial Consultant looking for a change.
Good local knowledge of the industry
A clear understanding of Recruitment Legislation
The ambition to grow your desk / division through warm and new sales leads
Laptop & Phone
The will to succeed with support from Management Team
The ability to travel to client premises, ie own car - expenses paid. Fuel card provided
