Job Title:Childrens Support Worker
Location:Walsall
Salary:£13.60 hourly pay
Contract Type:Full-time role - Temporary Shift Work (35-40hours per week including 1 weekend per month)

About You
If you are a graduate interested in kickstarting your career in a support worker role or an experienced support worker looking for a new role, this partnership is your pathway to a fulfilling career. Were seeking individuals who are:
- Compassionateanddedicatedto making a difference.
- A completedbachelors degree 2:2 or above
- Ideally haveexperience working with children, particularly those with additional needs.
- Background orInterestinSEND
- Flexible, proactive, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide high-quality personal care and encourage independence.
- Support young people with complex health, physical, and learning needs.
- Help children participate in activities, fostering social inclusion and personal development.
- Promote and reinforce the inclusion, acceptance, and integration of all children.
- Collaborate with external agencies, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment, promoting the health and well-being of young people.
- Attend all mandatory training and maintain a high standard of practice.
- Undertake additional responsibilities, including sleeping-in duties and weekend work.
