You will be working closely with children who have a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges, helping them to engage, succeed, and develop in a safe and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:* 1:1 and Small Group Support: Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups, helping them access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential.* Classroom Assistance: Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapting resources for students with SEN. Help to create an inclusive classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners.* Behavioural Support: Implement behaviour management strategies to support students who may have challenging behaviours.
