Are you a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join a vibrant and inclusive school in the West Midlands on a long-term basis.

About the Role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in this SEN role, you will:

Provide tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver targeted interventions and adapt learning materials to suit individual needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes emotional well-being and self-confidence.
Assist with personal care and physical support where necessary.
Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with children with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, staff, and parents.
Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a willingness to undertake additional training as required.
