Teaching Assistant

£90 - £120 per day

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young minds? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for a school who have maintained a “Good” rating by Ofsted.
The school have a commitment to academic excellence and student development. You will be brought in to the school to assist with this. Their ethos is to help students to excel leaps and bounds.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
- Offer individualised attention to students who require extra help
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational materials
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with secondary school students is preferred
- A passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
- Relevant qualifications or certifications are a plus
