Position: Ocean Export Operator
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 (DOE)
Location: Lichfield
Hours: Flexible: (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Ocean Export Operator Role:
As an Ocean Export Operator, you'll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of ocean export consignments - from start to finish. You'll need a solid background in ocean freight forwarding and the ability to work independently within a supportive and close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handled ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery
- Creating and managing documentation, including Bills of Lading, export declarations, and commercial invoices
- Liaising with carriers, hauliers, overseas agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Providing excellent customer service and timely updates throughout the shipping process
- Resolving issues proactively and maintaining accurate records
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in ocean export freight forwarding (end-to-end)
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, positive attitude - we're looking for someone young in spirit and dynamic to fit into a lively team
- Ability to work fully onsite, (Possible hyrbid working available) with flexible working hours (either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)
