Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager, Corby, Salary: £60,000 per annum
 
Maintenance Manager with strong people management experience required to lead and mentor a team of Maintenance Engineers within the FMCG industry in Corby
 
The Maintenance Manager will report to the Factory Engineering Manager and have extensive manufacturing experience ideally within the FMCG sector, with proven man management skills. The Maintenance Manager will also have practical experience of overseeing PPM schedules, quality and waste along with working knowledge of Shire Pirana CMM system or similar and be part of the management team in improving the performance of the equipment on site with asset care.
 
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Manager you will have an Electrical bias with a solid understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting and possess the following qualities: 
 
·Strong proven track record of a similar role within FMCG (ideally food) manufacturing sector
·Engineering degree or time served engineer (or equivalent) with electrical qualifications
·Applied knowledge of mechanical systems and PLC / CLX, SCADA, HMI, Robots and drive programming would be desirable
·People management
·Planning and Process control
·H&S, Quality and Food Safety awareness
·Safety knowledge
·Ability to manage staff to policies and procedures
·Project Management and Continuous Improvement
·Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
