As a Business Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s expansion, delivering exceptional service to our clients, and helping shape the future of the business. Our client is a Litigation practice based in Beverley.

Your Role:

  • Financial Oversight: Keep the business’s books in check, manage Xero entries and invoicing, assist with accounting, and ensure smooth credit control to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Client Onboarding: Handle client onboarding, including file opening and using Smart Search for client identification.
  • Support the Team: Provide some administrative and audio typing assistance to the lawyers, manage appointments, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Manage Suppliers & Premises: Oversee supplier relationships and assist in finding new office spaces as our client expands.
  • Recruitment & Systems: Be part of the recruitment process and develop efficient systems to ensure the firm continues to lead in legal services.
  • Deliver Unmatched Client Service: Ensure all clients receive the best experience, every time.
