My client in Corby is looking to add someone to their Machine Operator team within their manufacturing environment.

Initially, they will be looking to provide a minimum of 2 weeks 1-2-1 training to ensure that the full potential of the candidate is reached, allowing for internal progression.

To be considered for this role, you must have a desire to work in an environment that will provide you with a career rather than "just a job". You should be ambitious and willing to work within a team environment where you may be called upon to help other teams.

You should also be able to commit to the 12-hour shifts on the 4 on / 4 off rotation.
