Warehouse Administrator

Job title: Warehouse Administrator (part time)
Location: Corby
Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
Pay: £12.66 per hour

My Corby-based client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their team to support the management of the Despatch function.

The main responsibilities of this role will include the liaison between internal departments and the warehouse operators to ensure that the paperwork / completion of the despatch flows correctly

You will also be asked to:

· Liaise with clients and book in deliveries and transport
· Help arrange transport schedules including couriers
· Complete and print delivery notes and get signatures
· Assist in stock checks
· Help out in yard- loading/unloading general warehouse including wrapping good using a pallet wrapper
· Deputise for warehouse management
· Resolve delivery issues and client liaison, customer service
· Inputting and updating stock spreadsheet
· Purchasing consumables for department
· Check orders for despatch- accuracy and against works order
· Liaise with production departments to plan and schedule despatch
· All other elements of warehouse administration
