Job Title:      Technical Inspection & Repair Centre Co-Ordinator
Location:      Corby
Hours:         Monday to Friday (Apply online only), 1 week each month (Apply online only)
Salary:        £25,000 per annum

I am working with a well-established client in Corby and they are looking for a Technical Inspection & Repair Centre Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dealing with both internal and external customers and be confident in their ability to multi task.

The role will include the following tasks:

- Answering and handling customer enquiries by phone / email
- Accurate record keeping for all returns within the department
- Handling incoming / outgoing post & parcels
- Unpack and repack of items
- Carry out diagnoses / inspection of returns
- Record part usage and stock levels
- Carry out quality control inspections
- Maintain all technical information including logging that all parts are in good working order
- Take responsibility for ordering stock and maintaining stock levels to acceptable standards
- Liaise with the logistics team on a regular basis
- Ensure your knowledge of products is always up to date by undertaking required training
