Salary: Up to £29,000 basic (dependent upon experience), pension, DIS, bonus & commission. OTE: £55,000 - £60,000.

Main Duties
- Client Acquisition: Engage with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads generated by our professional introducers.
- Mortgage Advice: Deliver tailored mortgage and protection solutions to suit each client’s unique needs.

Key Skills and Experience
- Qualifications: CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualification is essential.
- Track Record: Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, providing expert advice on mortgages and protection products.
- Local Knowledge: Ideally located in or near Welling, with familiarity in surrounding areas such as Dartford, Sidcup, and Eltham.
- Self-Discipline: Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload effectively.
- Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.
