Finance Assistant

This is a temp - perm opportunity as we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

  • Location: Welling 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17:00 office based
  • £14-£14.57 per hour PAYE

My client is a leading support service in the healthcare industry based in Dartford Welling Kent who have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant professional to join their dynamic team.

The business has created a new role for a Finance Assistant to provide support to the finance team and to help provide a complete, accurate and up to date set of financial records.

The successful candidate will need -

  • Handling supplier invoicing
  • Ensuring timely payment runs, and maintaining financial records
  • Managing equal cards and spending
  • Overseeing petty cash transactions
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Investigating finance queries
  • Contributing to the overall success of the team

Profile -

  • Organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills- written and oral
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge and skills in MS Office Suite
  • Able to self-manage and prioritize
