Role Overview:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the classroom, providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Assist teachers in implementing individualized learning plans.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with additional learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
  • Monitor and record student progress, reporting observations to the teaching staff.
  • Assist with classroom preparation and resource development.
