Our busy growing architectural office is looking for a full time Business Support Administrator to join our Raunds based team. The role requires the applicant (office based) to provide administrative support on a day to day basis for the office. As a business we provide architectural services to residential and commercial clients from single storey extensions right through to large flats and property developments. Our close knit team work closely in the office as well as socialise together regularly throughout the year.

As the first point of contact within the business we require the applicant to have a bubbly, friendly, can do attitude. An excellent telephone manner and literary skills is also a must for this important supporting role.

Duties:

  • Telephone answering and directing calls
  • Booking of appointments and diary management
  • Monitoring and re directing of emails
  • Dealing with the incoming and outgoing of post
  • Writing of letters
  • Managing planning applications (training will be given)
  • Raising of some invoices (training will be given)
  • Managing necessary databases
  • Stationery ordering and stock control
  • Filing
  • Shredding
  • Drawing folding
  • Scanning and saving of documents
  • Necessary drink making
  • Preparation for meetings
  • Ensuring the office is kept tidy

As we are situated down a single track road out of the centre of Raunds it is necessary for the applicant to own and drive their own vehicle. A free car park is situated on site.

Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday throughout the calendar year, with 30 minutes lunch break

Holiday: 30 days (including bank holidays). Grows with loyalty!
