Office Administrator

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their small company which prides itself on its family-like feel. You'd be joining a team where everyone is valued, you certainly would not be classed a number working here.

The reason for the role is to assist in the administration of the business to ensure ongoing improvements and assistance to the company in its administration.

This role is varied and fast-paced. The perfect candidate will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm. Must be flexible as will be require working on invigilation days (Saturdays) as exams, where the start time may be before than 9:00am.

Responsibilities

The following duties will be performed, but not limited to:

  • Telephone reception
  • Taking bookings for courses and visits
  • Invigilating Exams
  • Managing diaries
  • Pre and post course admin
  • Raising and sending training certificates
  • Management of course material
  • Assisting in development of procedures and policies
  • Assist in the day to day running of the office
  • Scheduling of contract work - company visits, annual reports and training.
  • Organise travel booking
  • Quality Management

About you

  • Organised with a high level of detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen to lean
  • Team player
  • Ideally previous experience in administration.
