As a Multi-Drop Van Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate delivery and collection of parcels to customers across a designated route. Youll provide excellent customer service and represent Company's commitment to reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload parcels from the van, ensuring secure and organized transport.

Complete an average of 60-80 parcel deliveries and collections per day across a specified route.

Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service at all delivery points.

Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safe and efficient operation, reporting any faults or required maintenance.

Use handheld devices and Company's systems to manage parcel tracking, update delivery status, and obtain customer signatures.

Adhere to Companys safety and operational procedures, including compliance with all relevant driving and road regulations.

Maintain effective communication with the operations team for real-time updates on route changes, issues, or special instructions.

Assist in general warehouse duties when required, including sorting parcels and supporting other drivers.

Skills & Experience:

Valid UK Driving License (minimum of 1 year with a clean record is preferred).

Experience in multi-drop driving

Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting parcels of various sizes

Basic knowledge of geographical areas within the assigned route.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries.

Proficiency in using handheld devices or willingness to learn.

Strong customer service skills with a positive, courteous attitude.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.

Requirements:

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and peak seasons (e.g., Christmas).

Eligibility to work in the UK.

High level of personal presentation, representing Company in a professional manner.

Ability to pass a background check and provide references if requested.

Full training and support will be provided, including comprehensive driver safety programs.

Company-provided uniform and PPE.
