Pay:
- Umbrella PAYE: 312.17 per day
- PAYE: 238.03 per day
Overview:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team, reporting directly to the Site Managers. This is an exciting long-term opportunity, running until December, to work on a variety of civil engineering projects for Kier, on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council. The successful candidate will assist in delivering a wide range of local authority maintenance and improvement schemes.
Responsibilities:
The works will involve:
- Footway reconstruction
- Carriageway resurfacing
- Surface treatments
- Drainage improvements
- Traffic signals
- Structures repairs
As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee these projects on a live public highway, ensuring safety is the top priority while maintaining full compliance with SHEQ processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- SSSTS or SMSTS (required)
- NRSWA Supervisor (required)
- 12D Lantra Traffic Management (required)
- Temporary Works Supervisor (desirable)
- First Aid Certification (desirable)
Key Attributes:
- Proven experience supervising onsite maintenance and improvement schemes
- Strong understanding of safety processes and compliance in a public highway environment
- Effective communication and leadership skills
