Staffline is recruiting a Team Leader in Wellingborough.
The rate of pay is £33,231 per annum, based on 40 hours per week.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm
- 9am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader with strong leadership skills to support the Co-pack Department. You will work closely with the co-pack manager and support the department's running, along with leading and developing the team. Other duties include:
- Having an eye for detail and always ensuring 100% quality, working with the team to ensure all processes are being followed correctly.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shift, therefore excellent communication skills, great planning, and organisation skills are a must in this progressive role.
- Deputise for the manager in their absence.
- Work closely with the manufacturing colleagues across the different departments in production and assembly on site.
Our Perfect Worker

- Experience managing a team at the Team Leader level
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment or similar environment
- Working knowledge of good health and safety practices
- Proven experience in working towards KPIs and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills, including reading job specs and reports
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good leadership skills and people skills
- Good engagement and motivational skills
Applicants will have a full Driving License as training will be completed at the Ely DS Smith site.
