About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and talented individual to join a growing team, supporting the recruitment needs of a diverse and dynamic organisation. This remote role offers the flexibility of working from home, with weekly site visits to ensure close collaboration with the team and stakeholders. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and working alongside experienced colleagues to understand and meet hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Boolean search techniques to identify and engage candidates for a variety of roles
- Take ownership of the recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer stage
- Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide advice on best practices
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional experience throughout their recruitment journey
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to ongoing recruitment projects and improvements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in recruitment, either in an agency or internal talent acquisition team
- Experience with Boolean sourcing and a desire to develop these skills further
- A keen interest in recruitment and personal development, with a passion for learning and improving
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
