Our client based in Irthlingborough is looking for a Customer Service AdministratorKey Areas of Responsibility of the Customer Service Administrator:• Assisting their Head of Administration• Answering incoming calls• Processing booking administration• Sending joining instructions to clients• Posting certificates • Attending to web enquiries from website users and training providers• Liaising with training providers• Providing re-scheduling and cancellation support• Updating details on the website• Data entry and daily administration tasks• Credit control • Any other relevant duties/tasks as requiredThe Customer Service Administrator will have:• Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general administration role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given.• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications.• Excellent organisational skills• Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues• Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels• Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customer centric approach.• Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction • Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks. • Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment. • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills• Competent user of IT systems and softwareHours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 (one hour unpaid for breaks) Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (one hour unpaid for breaks)Benefits of a Customer Service Administrator:• Holiday - 25 Days per annum, plus bank holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for a shutdown at Christmas).• Company Sick Pay - full sick pay is available dependent on employees’ meeting the eligibility criteria.
