Engineering Planner / Reliability Engineer   Salary 45-60k   Commutable from Raunds, Rushden,Bedford, Wellingborough, Northampton , Kettering, Thrapston   The role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Planner / Reliability Engineer to join a dynamic engineering management team on a permanent bases   This role demands a professional who can ensure the highest engineering standards are maintained and who will be accountable for optimising engineering planning and scheduling concerning the Planned Maintenance Schedule and Asset Management.   Reliability Engineer Key Responsibilities:   ·Lead maintenance coordination and establish best engineering practices. ·Implementing PPM ( Pirana but will accept other CMM experience) ·Controlling spares ·Ensure Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). ·Route cause analysis ·Manage and prioritise a work backlog for all engineering activities. ·Collaborate with Engineering and Operational Managers to enhance asset reliability. ·Liaise with production, services, and central functions for efficient maintenance planning. ·Oversee stock control and costing of critical spares. ·Utilise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SHIRE. ·Train and develop engineers.   Reliability Engineer Experience: ·Experienced in Planning and Scheduling within the FMCG process and manufacturing industry.   The company   A fast paced manufacturing  business who a developing a strong succession plan They have an excellent development plan in place for the successful applicant
